Once again I got to go to New York for the annual CMA conference. I’ve decided to slowly post up photos from my trip, starting with Night One.
Despite not getting enough sleep on the flight and sitting by a not to pleasant person on my left side by the window seat, being up in the air wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend flying on Virgin Airlines. You get an awesome music selection and the booze is pretty cheap, you know for those of you who hate flying.
As soon as we landed, caught a cab and go to the hotel, we set our bags down and went out to explore the city. First stop — Carnegie Deli. The boys went all out and got massive burgers at about $20 a pop, while one of us had to go traditional and try out one of the gigantic pastrami sandwiches. After racking up a bill that was close to $100 — in food alone — we walked down to times square and back around to our hotel. Not a bad way to start a trip.
